Welcome to BayMed Bridge (“BayMed Bridge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BayMed Bridge website, together with any information, coordination services, consultations, communications, and related services made available through the website or by our team (collectively, the “Services”).

3. Information Is Not Medical Advice
Information provided through our website, communications, preliminary reviews, case summaries, hospital information, or other materials is provided for informational and coordination purposes unless expressly identified as a clinical opinion provided directly by a licensed healthcare professional.
Our preliminary hospital options and similar materials are intended to assist your own research. They do not constitute a diagnosis, medical recommendation, treatment recommendation, medical referral, or guarantee of suitability.
Where a licensed healthcare professional or specialist provides a clinical opinion, that opinion belongs to the relevant healthcare professional and does not become a medical opinion of BayMed Bridge.
You should obtain appropriate medical advice from a qualified and licensed healthcare professional before making decisions concerning diagnosis, treatment, medication, surgery, or other healthcare matters.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services or seek immediate medical attention. Do not use the BayMed Bridge website or our coordination services as a substitute for emergency medical care.
4. Hospital and Specialist Information
We may present information about hospitals, physicians, specialists, departments, treatments, technologies, or healthcare resources based on information publicly available from relevant institutions and other sources.
We seek to present information in a clear and transparent manner. However:
-
information may change over time;
-
availability of physicians, treatments, procedures, equipment, appointments, or facilities may change;
-
eligibility requirements may vary;
-
clinical outcomes cannot be guaranteed;
-
treatment suitability can only be determined by an appropriately qualified healthcare professional; and
-
information supplied by third parties may contain errors or omissions.
The final selection of a hospital, physician, specialist, treatment, or healthcare provider remains your decision.
5. No Guarantee of Treatment or Outcome
BayMed Bridge does not guarantee:
-
that a particular hospital or specialist will accept your case;
-
that a particular treatment will be available or appropriate;
-
that a consultation or appointment will be available at a particular time;
-
that a visa will be issued;
-
that travel arrangements will proceed without interruption;
-
that a treatment will achieve a particular clinical outcome;
-
that any treatment will be successful; or
-
that any particular cost, waiting time, or treatment duration will apply.
Any estimates or information regarding costs, waiting times, treatment availability, or expected timelines are indicative unless expressly confirmed in writing by the relevant healthcare provider or other responsible third party.
6. Third-Party Healthcare Providers and Services
Our Services may involve hospitals, physicians, specialists, laboratories, pharmacies, accommodation providers, transportation providers, insurers, visa-related services, payment providers, and other third parties.
Those third parties operate independently from BayMed Bridge and may have their own terms, policies, fees, professional obligations, and privacy practices.
BayMed Bridge does not own, control, or operate independent hospitals or healthcare providers unless expressly stated otherwise.
You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the terms applicable to third-party services before using them.
